Lina is the re-edition of one of the first projects designed by Gianfranco Frattini, one of the great masters of Italian design. Awarded the Compasso d’oro in 1955, the chair is characterised by a very particular wooden structure that gives it a solid yet light appearance. This is due to the slender legs and the curved multi-ply element that supports the side of the backrest while at the same time supporting the armrests. A very innovative design for its time, executed today with philological care.
