Born in Madrid, art was a large part of Paloma’s upbringing. Looking at her parent’s finds and collection, Paloma developed a love for beauty, proportions, shapes and materials. This love flourished as she grew older into a true passion for architecture and design.
She moved to Brussels in 2000. After working as a lawyer for several years, she decided to foster her passions into a career by launching her own firm in 2012. Joyful Homes specialises in high-end residential spaces and furniture design.
Paloma holds a Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture & design from the Brussels CAD where the Yume collection took its roots.
Paloma’s work is an ongoing exploration of materials and shapes aiming to create harmonious and timeless furniture and environments for her clients.
